A wrought-iron Victorian screen in the Italian style, with intricate and meandering grapevine tendrils, leaves, and fruit, comprised of two large panels (one shown) connected by a horizontal cross bar at the top (not shown), the panels and crossbar ornamented with flames within pointed arch motif, the whole gilt or gold-painted, English, ca. 1880. 77 ins. high, 111 ins. wide overall.
The screen is only for indoor use or use on a porch unless the surface is painted.
